Meet the A4e Team in Dudley

Our office is located on the busy Burnt Tree Island in Dudley and we are lucky to have Dudley Zoo and the Black Country Museum in close proximity.
Our enthusiastic team is managed by Robert Taylor. The team is made up of four Independent Living Advisors, Margaret Burton, Hannah Smith, Rachel Gower and Neal Pritchard.

Payroll Service

We also offer a Payroll Service. We offer a comprehensive service from setting new employers up with HM Revenue and Customs to submitting all the necessary documentation to HMRC at the end of each tax year. All you have to do is to send in time sheets to our Middlesbrough Payroll Office and we will send you payslips. We calculate all the tax and National Insurance Deductions you need to make as well as any Statutory Sick, Maternity or Paternity pay which you need to pay.

User Forums and Newsletters

User Forum meetings are held on a regular basis and these are facilitated with the help of A4e. The meetings are either formal or informal in order to reach everyone’s needs. Contact us on 0121 226 3510 to find out when the next meeting is being held.

A4e Dudley supports a group of people who receive direct payments to produce a newsletter. This provides peer support and is very informative with lots of stories, ideas and features written by people who receive direct payments. For a copy please contact us on 0121 226 3510.
