Meet the A4e Payroll Team

Our dedicated team has grown significantly over the last year, led by Ruth Boden the team now comprises of 4 Payroll Officers: Catherine Fielding, Beverley White, Donna Hetherington and Anthony Leung.

Located in Stockton we provide a centralised A4e payroll service for 9 Direct Payment contracts located throughout the UK. Our enthusiastic team provide a professional and reliable service, and currently support over 1000 Service Users. 

Payroll Service

We offer varying levels of payroll support with the aim of making your role as Employer as easy and trouble free as possible.

Our comprehensive payroll service includes the following:

 A designated Payroll Officer offering unlimited advice regarding any legislative requirements, procedures or queries.
 Registration with HM Revenue and Customs.
 A4e acting as your agent and corresponding with HM Revenue and Customs on your behalf.
 Processing of the following payroll frequencies; weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly and monthly.
 Quarterly or Monthly tax and NI calculations and support forwarding payment to HM Revenue and Customs.
 Dealing with all starters and leavers – including P45s, P46s and all necessary administration.
 Online submission of all End of Year Returns PAYE processing with laser security P60’s.
 Student Loans and Court Orders calculated and processed for your employees.
 All Statutory Sick, Maternity, Paternity and Holiday calculations completed on receipt of relevant documentation.
