At A4e Direct Payments in Rotherham, we work as a support service providing all aspects of support for the recruitment of Personal Assistants for Direct Payment service users.

A4e can help you employ a Personal Assistant (PA) and prepare you to become an employer. This includes assisting to ensure you have all the essential paperwork in place that is needed to cover you as an employer.

Olivia Payne is the Direct Payments Advisor, providing the support service out in the local community. She has worked for A4e since 2006 but joined the Direct Payments contract in November 2008. Since then she has undertaken full training to become an experienced Advisor.

Olivia has full support from the Direct Payments Service Manager, Alison Walsh who also helps with any Direct Payments issues.
